I thought of it this morning. I've got a couple of days to get used to the idea.
No chocolate in May.
I've tried no chocolate challenges before and it's hard to cut out all chocolate because chocolate is everywhere and in a variety of forms, but I basically mean no cadbury etc blocks or bars. I enjoy chocolate a lot, it's a good part of life, but it's just a habit now, so I want to break it.

I think I would like to participate in this challenge also. So no blocks, bars, nothing that is primarily chocolate as opposed to chocolate flavoured, or with bits of chocolate in? Or ruling out chocolate flavoured and chocolate chipped?
ReplyDeleteWell the chocolate that is my HABIT is chocolate that is just chocolate, that melts in the mouth. I don't mind either way about little bits of chocolate in other things, because they are primarily other things and aren't a habit for me. It was extremely difficult, in a previous challenge, to actually eliminate all chocolate in all forms.
ReplyDeleteYou are welcomed joyfully to the challenge! I am getting some practice already and resisting the jar of m&ms in the office kitchen.
May Not? Like no, you May Not have that block of chocolate?
ReplyDeleteEverything needs a clever name.
Yes! THat's what this challenge was missing. A pun.
ReplyDeleteMay Not Eat Chocolate.
Pun is good, but I fear "May" Not will drive chocolate urges. "Choose" Not does not sound as good though.
ReplyDeleteA friend of mine once decided that every time she thought about chocolate she would read a chapter of her bible. She read a lot of her bible and lost a lot of weight while at it!
ReplyDeleteI should definitely do that.
