It has 5 bedrooms, so $715,000 divided by 5 is 5 manageable mortgages... do 4 people want to move to Maitland with me? Please please please... It only has 2 bathrooms, but it has EVERYTHING else.

    Shared between 3 would be better. One of the bedrooms as a tv/media room and another as a craft/computer room. Then you've also only got 2 women sharing the downstairs bathroom. And $240,000 mortgages are not ridiculous.

    Indeed! I didn't think of that... Separating living room usage is a good idea. I have a love/hate thing for TV. I hate TV but I love some of the things on it. A music room would be nice, with a french window.
