About odd earrings.
Whenever I pick through my earrings to find a matching pair for the day, I have to avoid all the odd unpaired earrings. I want to get rid of them, but they're pretty, so the urge to find a use for them always overrides the urge to declutter. The tension is getting unbearable, so that I hardly ever wear earrings any more. Odd earrings are controlling my life!!! or at least, my brain and my ear lobes.

Earrings need to come in 3's, like knee-hi's. I have sooooo many "one" earrings I can't bear to part with in case one day the other returns to me.

ReplyDeleteI once lost an earring within a month so I went back and got another pair. Having a spare earring is not just insurance, it's a preventative: you never lose or break anything you have backed up. My set of 3 has lasted 4 years.
